Your Branch needs YOU!

 

The branch is run entirely by volunteers and we would be very interested in hearing from anyone who would like to help us.

 

Roles for volunteers include:

 

Committee member and association visitor.

 

The committee meet once a month on a Wednesday evening. Between times they keep in contact by e-mail to make funding decisions.

 

Association visitors play a vital role in supporting those living with MND, their family and carers. The Association provides an excellent training to those volunteering for this demanding but rewarding role. Currently we know of 50 to 60 people living with MND in South Essex: we need more trained visitors to support them.
